The Evolution of Revolution. Light enough for all-mountain and trail riding, tough enough for downhill, we wanted a crank that would be perfect on any bike in the stable and offer a competitive advantage while looking good. Backed by years of real-world abuse, our cranks have earned a reputation for unmatched durability. We've been perfecting short cranks longer than anyone, delivering a low-profile aluminum crankset with industry-leading strength-to-weight and the shortest lengths available. In line with the forward thinking of our ultra-thin Crampon pedal series, Canfield AM Cranks offer forged aluminum cranks in lengths all the way down to 150-millimeters. Why? Clearance is just the beginning. Shorter cranks boost pedaling efficiency by reducing dead spots and keeping you in the power zone longer. They promote a more natural pedal stroke, reduce joint fatigue, and help you clean tight technical moves without pedal strikes. From the gravel grinding to the rock garden, shorter cranks simply work better. Available in flat black and silver anodized finish's with raised polished external ribbing that prevents the heel rub and wear typical of most cranks. Canfield Cranks—the evolution of revolution.

155 crankset review

Great craftsmanship with these cranks. One of the few companies making short cranks, best quality out there.

Love my new shorter cranks

I’m 5’4” and ride a small bike. I just replaced 175mm cranks with new 160mm Canfield AM cranks. The bike feels great now with fewer pedal strikes and a more ergonomic pedaling feel. I pre-ordered them in the winter and they arrived this spring as promised.

Great product at a great price

I got these cranks for one bike and have now bought another set for my other bike. I love that they come in so many lengths and that they use a durable and easy to find bottom bracket.

Canfield 160mm MTB Cranks

I have nothing but great things to say about the cranks themselves but the customer service was exceptional. I got a call from Canfield explaining that they may have a shipping issue and they pulled out all of the stops to get me my cranks on time. Would absolutely buy from them again!!!!

155mm Crankset

My wife loves her new cranks. Kudos to Canfield for making properly sized cranks available at a reasonable price. Kudos as well to the crew at Canfield who pulled the cranks from a showroom bike so they could make good on the order. Integrity and customer service count and the folks at Canfield have both.

More comfortable

Was looking for a 155mm crank. 5'7" with 30" inseam on a 29er.
I find that this crank has my feet distance at a more comfortable distance when doing the attack stance. Seems less tiring.

After few minutes, transitioning over from 170mm cranks, the shorter cranks didn't feel strange. Was in fact more comfortable for the knees. Do note that if you go from 170mm to 155mm, consider dropping the chain ring by 2 teeth size.

Reduced pedal strikes. Still manage to get some hits on the cranks, and painted over with some black nail polish. Can't see from 6' away. Doesn't bother me.

I bought 2 more sets for all my bikes
