- Tilt
- One.2 (DH or Super Enduro)
- Yelli Screamy
Check our website for availability as sizes and models will vary throughout the season.
What is included with each demo?

How much does a demo/rental cost?
Below is our current demo pricing for all demo bikes:
- Half day (4 hour)=$75
- Full day/Monarch Crest (8 hour)=$125
- Monarch Crest (10 hour)=$150
- 2-day Rental (48 hours)=$300
How can I transport the demo bike to the trails?
While Canfield Bikes doesn’t offer any transportation to trails including the Monarch Crest, we recommend the following shuttle services:
- High Valley Monarch Crest Shuttle Service in Poncha Springs (less than a minute from our warehouse)
- Absolute Bikes in Salida (5-10 minutes from our warehouse)
We recommend proper footwear, eye protection, a MIPS helmet, and a hydration solution (water bottle(s), backpack, hip pack, etc.). Please note, some of our demo bikes do not have a water bottle cage. Sunscreen is also recommended.
Do you have safety equipment for rent?
Currently, we do not offer any safety equipment to rent but we plan to do so in the future.
Can I rent/demo more than one bike at a time?
Yes and no. You may rent multiple bikes at a time, provided a separate fee is paid for each, there is a rider present at the trail for each bike, and appropriate transportation protocols are followed. We do not allow individual riders to take multiple bikes to the trail to demo them back to back, leaving one bike unattended at the car while riding.
Is there a minimum age to rent a bike?
The minimum age to rent a bike is 18 years old. Legal guardians and parents can book demos for their children or dependents.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, each reservation places a $100 charge hold on the card on file 24 hours prior to the reservation date/time. That charge is returned within 7 days to the card on file. However, in the event that a customer does not return with a bike, or a bike is stolen, we will charge the customer for the full retail value of the bike, the original demo/rental fee, and any additional equipment taken by the customer. If the bike is damaged, we reserve the right to assess the damages and charge the customer for those damages. We retain the credit card, complete with billing address and credit card CVV number that the reservation was booked with.
What happens if the bike is damaged during the demo?
While normal wear and tear is expected during the course of use and is not subject to a fee or repair charge, each bike is inspected after it is returned. We will assess damage at that time and determine a corresponding fee. If a bike was damaged during the demo, please let us know immediately. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the bicycle(s) during the rental period.
Is there a penalty for late returns?
Any returns made after close of business on the final day of the rental period will be charged an additional day until the bike is returned. Our regular business hours are Monday – Sunday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This fee is automatically applied once the bike is late, and in certain instances special arrangements can be made but you must call ahead to see if our staff is able to meet your needs.
Can I cancel my demo?
Yes, but all cancellations must take place at least 48 hours before the reservation. No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the reservation day. You will be charged the full amount for your rental if cancellation does not take place at least 48 hours before the reservation.
Can I purchase a demo bike?
Yes, we offer 30% off our demo bike MSRP and we subtract any demo fee previously paid from the cost of the bike. Please inquire about purchasing a demo bike when you check back in your demo or email us at sales@canfieldbikes.com.
What happens if my reservation gets rained out or there is inclement weather?
If you are worried about weather with your reservation, please contact us at info@canfieldbikes.com so we can make arrangements for you or provide a credit for a future reservation.
