Canfield Bikes offers a Two Year Limited Warranty.
Canfield Bikes guarantees our frames to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase. The limited warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. Canfield Bikes will, at our discretion, repair or replace any frame or component that we determine to be defective.
The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, claimed defects, or failures that result from abuse, misuse, collision, neglect, lack of maintenance, improper assembly or any product alteration of any kind. Frames powder coated outside Canfield Bikes factories will not be eligible for Canfield Bikes warranty claims as aftermarket powder coating may affect the heat treatment of the frame. Builds with forks longer than our recommended axle to crown range will not be eligible for Canfield Bikes warranty claims as forks outside our recommended range will add additional forces to the headtube/toptube/downtube junction which could result in damage to your bike and/or injury.
The original owner is responsible for shipping products back to Canfield Bikes and any labor and/or transportation charges associated with the repair or replacement of all parts under this warranty. Proof of purchase from the original owner is required for all warranty claims.
Canfield Bikes may offer frames and components at a reduced cost to the original owner for warranty claims outside our warranty policy. Canfield Bikes offers this at its sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse this offer at any time.
Canfield Bikes wants to ensure our customers are totally satisfied with their newly received frame/bike/components. To that end, we support our customers with the option to return any product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price (on items that were purchased as a pre-order, 30 day return policy is from date of shipment). If you are not stoked on what is in the box, contact us straight away for a return authorization and we will issue a refund once your order is received and inspected.
Shipping both ways will be at your expense and is non-refundable. Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. We do not accept returns on parts that have been installed or used. Missing items will not be refunded.
If looking to return an item, please contact us to receive an RA number and address for return shipping. Please do not ship returns without prior authorization and RA number.
Refunds may take up to seven (7) days from time of receipt to process back to your method of payment. We are not responsible for returned items until they are received at our warehouse so we recommend insuring your shipment.
