Canfield Bikes Shipping Terms and Conditions - Canfield Bikes is happy to ship globally to ensure you can get the best bike direct to you. With international shipping there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure you have a great experience receiving your new frame/bike.

International Shipping - Feel free to contact us with your location for a quote and available services. Please note we will only ship to verified addresses. We can use USPS First Class Package International, but please know delivery times can vary from 1-3 months. USPS Priority International delivery times are typically less than 2 weeks, and will include insurance on items less than $200 in value. We are able to include insurance for shipping frames, but complete bikes are an additional charge, this ranges from $35-$45 on complete bikes.

Tracking information - All services will include a tracking number which is sent to you right when the order ships out, 0 - 2 days after purchase on in stock items.

Shipping insurance - International customers assume 100% liability for the shipment if it gets damaged or lost in transit, shipments are not insured unless specifically requested. Shipping insurance is available at an additional charge. If you elect to continue with your order without insurance, you take liability if your order is lost, damaged, or stolen.

Shipping Delays - Please note that the delivery time indicated is a guide only and can vary. Any delays will not result in compensation or withholding of payment. All shipments will include a tracking number which is sent to you when the order ships out, 0-2 days after purchase on in stock items.

Currency - Orders are charged in US dollars and your credit card company will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate.

International Limitations - For orders sent to Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, or any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage terminates as soon as the plane lands at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees - Canfield Bikes is not responsible for customs delays or any duties, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or other fees which may be incurred with your purchase. If you elect to decline a package after it has shipped and cleared by customs, we will deduct all fees associated with the package return from your refund.
