This Tilt rips!

This bike is so much fun!
Wants to go fast fast fast!
Been riding hardtails for years,so a big change for me and I love it!
Thank you to Lance and Melissa for helping me get the ride I wanted great customer service!

Hey Jesse,

This is awesome to hear. The Tilt was built to be pushed, and it sounds like you’re putting it to work right out of the gate.

Big respect making the switch from hardtail life too, that’s a whole new level of fun unlocked. Appreciate the kind words and support, enjoy every lap!

Awesome Bike, Awesome Company

I’ve waited to leave a review until I had some proper sear time. This bike is a rocket. Climbs really well, especially up chunky features and descends like a longer travel bike. Really enjoy how snappy it is on desert XC and capability in the Souther Arizona mountains. Can’t wait to put more miles on it! Company is also fantastic to purchase from, making sure you select the correct build and are very responsive. I think I know where I’m going when it’s time to replace my 180mm bike!

Hey Cameron,

Sounds like you’ve got the Tilt exactly where it shines. Fast, capable, and just as happy climbing as it is charging down. That’s a solid review, and glad you gave it some real seat time before weighing in. Appreciate the kind words about the team, and the support and trust in the process. We’ll be here when that 180mm slot opens up. Ride on!!

Best All Mountain Bike Money Can Buy

Are you looking for a mountain bike that can only do one specific discipline well? If so then this is not the bike for you. I bought my Tilt a few seasons ago and it's been by far the best bike I've ever owned. I work in the bike industry so I normally upgrade to a new bike every season or 2, but I've had no desire to buy a new bike after building this thing up. It handles everything you throw at it. It is by far the most nimble 29er I've ever ridden. It climbs extremely well, and with the CBF platform I don't even lock my rear shock out and it maintains efficiency. I have mine set up as a 138/150 and it descends like a 170 without the bulk. For as short as the chainstay and wheelbase are, it's relatively grounded, but can be maneuvered with ease with the flick of a pinky. If you're doing predominant bike park I would opt for the Lithium, but if you want an overall great climber and descender with the ability to do a few park days in the mix, then this bike is the definite option for you! (For reference I live in Colorado and my main riding spots are Floyd Hill, Rutabaga, White Ranch, Virginia Canyon, and some Trestle)

The only thing better than the bike is the customer service, it's easy to tell that the folks at Canfield genuinely care about rider experience and feedback. As far as a company that designs bikes by real riders, for real riders, these guys take the cake.

Hey River,

Stoked reading this! 🔥 Sounds like your Tilt has become a permanent upgrade. Coming from someone in the bike industry who normally upgrades every season or two, that’s incredible to hear. Huge props to you for saying it’s been by far the best bike you’ve ever owned. You nailed it with that 138/150 setup and hearing it climbs like a champ without touching the lockout really makes us proud.

Really appreciate the shoutout to our team for the service. We ride, we build, we tweak, so knowing it shows on your end means a lot. Keep shredding those Colorado trails. Cheers!!!

Hey Kerry,

This bike does it all

If you can only have one bike, the Tilt is the bike for you. It’s smooth in the rough stuff and carves singletrack twisties like a Ginsu.

Hi Todd,

Thanks for sharing! Sounds like the Tilt is putting in work on every trail you throw at it. Nothing better than a bike that can do it all — smooth on the rough stuff and playful through the twisty singletrack. Keep having fun out there!

The Last One

I like bikes, especially unique ones, like the Tilt.
I have several nice bikes, but this one is the one. I named it the last one.

Thank you for helping me see the light.

Hi Todd,

“The last one” — we love it! Stoked to hear the Tilt has earned that title. Thanks for sharing. Hearing it’s the bike that stands out among your fleet is exactly why we build them, and we’re thrilled we could help you see the light! Thank you for choosing Canfield, and welcome to the family!

Thanks Canfield crew

Thanks Canfield crew. Tilt exceeded my expectations. Bike is a beast. The Raw looks awesome. You guys have set the bar really high for customer service. The whole process was smooth, easy and fun. The way it should be. Thanks again for a great bike buying experience. The lithium is next on my hit list. :).

Hi Ralph,

Thanks so much for the awesome review 😄 We’re thrilled the Tilt exceeded your expectations and that the whole process was smooth and fun. Our team always aims to make the experience enjoyable, so we’re happy to hear we hit the mark! Can’t wait for you to get on a Lithium next!

What Fun!

First, Michelle and Lance are so nice and really take the time to listen and suggest the perfect build. Lance even took the time to help with all the calculations for the maximum seat post length that would fit and still allow me to get the seat completely out of the way.

As for the ride, this bike is incredible. It climbs like a mountain goat on a mission and is so stable on rough, technical downhill sections. There was literally no adjustment period switching from my 27.5 Enduro. The bike feels so natural, like I’ve been riding it for years. For a 140mm trail bike, it feels like so much more. Plus, the paint color gets so many compliments!

Hey Todd,
Absolutely love hearing this! No adjustment period needed — that’s exactly how a trail bike should feel. Crushing climbs, charging techy descents, and turning heads with that paint — just what we hope every rider experiences. Stoked Michelle and Lance could help get your build perfect. We’re pumped to have you riding with us. Welcome to the Canfield family.
