This could be your ONE bike!

When I first heard of this version of the ONE.2, I was fascinated. A 190mm travel bike that can be pedaled around sounds like a dream bike for many. Having previously owned a 27.5 Jedi that rode exactly as Canfield had described, I chose to take them at their word and replace my bike with a ONE.2. I've had this bike for two years now and have yet to be even remotely close to disappointed. This bike is amazing!

This served as my trail bike for about a year. There is no getting around the fact that you're pedaling around a 190mm travel bike. However, I never found a climb that felt like the bike was limiting me from making it up. If you are willing to put in the work, the ONE.2 will surprise you with how well it pedals and climbs.

The descents and especially the bike park is where the ONE.2 shines. Somehow Canfield has found the balance between nimble and plush. On jumps I feel like I'm riding a jet off the lip, then a cloud on the landing. On technical trails it eats rocks and roots like they're nothing while still changing directions with ease. This bike is just fun to ride!

If I had to bring up a "negative" about the bike, it would be it's size. This would not be my first choice if I just wanted a trail bike. I'd suggest the Lithium or Tilt for that.

In my mind this is what a modern freeride bike should be. It's capable of climbing to the top of nearly any trail and ready to absolutely rip when it's time come back down. If you emphasize fun over everything else, you will not be disappointed with the ONE.2.

No Excuses Machine

I have been riding the One.2 for a year now and its one of my favourite bikes of all time. I have mine set up with DH suspension but paired with an 11 spd derailleur and dropper post. This bike can send anything and it can get you there too. Perfect for heavy shuttle days with a bit of pedalling or bike park secret trails that require a bit of transit to return to the chairlift. I ride mine as a mullet. 6' and the size large is perfect.

Hey Nate,

Love hearing this from someone who pushes the One.2 like you do. That setup sounds dialed—and “no excuses machine” says it all. Appreciate you repping the brand the way you do. Can’t wait to see where you take it next. Ride on!!

Built to send; tuned to climb.

Hey Sam,
Couldn’t have said it better ourselves. The One.2 was built for that balance—and stoked you’re making it count out there. Keep sending, keep pedaling!

Bike park monster

I just got my frame and it's gorgeous, I can't wait to build it up this spring and take it to shred at Trestle, Angel Fire, and other parks. I've been riding my Lithium for 2 years and it's been amazing, I expect the One.2 to be even better

Thanks for your purchase Alex!
You are going to love that One.2. Such a great bike for big mountain and bike park shredding. Send pics of your adventures. :-)

Honest One.2 DH Review

I am big fan of the One.2 DH. Purchased frame to set up as a dual 27.5 freeride bike. Added a -7mm headset cup to shorten the bike just a little for my personal preference and bike rides like a dream. Short enough to be snappy and playful, but long enough to feel some serious stability on steeps and rough sections. Took it down to Utah and rode some unridden lines. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bullet proof freeride/DH rig that inspires confidence.

Hi, Gaute,

Thank you for sharing your honest review of the One.2 DH. It’s great to hear how well the bike matches your riding style and delivers both playfulness and stability where it counts. We love knowing it’s inspiring confidence and handling everything you throw at it—even unridden lines in Utah! Keep tackling new challenges, and thank you for choosing Canfield Bikes. Happy Riding!

One.2 is the best super enduro a person could own!

The one.2 I had ordered as a complete DH Bike. I rode it as a DH for a while. However, this bike is incredibly easy to climb with! I outfit the Bike with a single crown EXT era2.1 LT and swapped out the drive train. This Frame is a real slayer of gravity, and climbs like a champ!
