His first feature edit, aptly titled Dreamland, captures the essence of what makes Squamish a bucket-list destination for riders worldwide. “Working alongside Nate makes filming a whole lot easier because every feature he hits tends to speak for itself. Multiple times we’d roll up to Pro Line features around town and deemed them too small to make the cut. We shot this video throughout the summer, but really only spent 5 to 6 days out on the trails, and the wildest part, he only fell once.

Going behind the scenes, what I appreciate the most about Nate is his patience. A lot of riders get so focused on a particular move or line, that they fully dial in, and ignore the environment around them. Nate is the opposite. During most sessions, riders would pass through, and each time they did, he’d offer them a friendly hey-how-are-ya, a full-on coaching session to get them down the feature, and a massive cheer at the end.” –Alastair Spriggs
